Zillow Showcase Clients
Showcase Listing Content
If you are a Zillow Showcase client, our services can be booked and managed directly or through your Showingtime+ portal. We are closely affiliated with Zillow through their subsidiary, Aryeo — a content management system fully integrated with Zillow and Zillow Showcase listings. Once the content is uploaded, it's just a matter of a few clicks in your Showingtime+ portal to attach the Zillow 3D Home Tour, Floor Plan, and photos to your North Georgia real estate listing.
The process is as follows:

Create your listing in ShowingTime+
Log into your ShowingTime+ portal where you create a listing and connect to MLS.

Spend a Showcase credit
After that, you'll need to spend a Showcase credit to unlock the Showcase media package.

Initiate the order form
Once the credit is spent you can initiate the order form and order the media from us. This usually includes photos, a Zillow 3D Home Tour and Floor Plan as well as some optional services if needed. Photos, the 3D Home Tour, and a Floor Plan are a requirement for Showcase listings.

We accept the request & gather content
Once the media is ordered and the date and time for the photo shoot are selected, we receive the media request on our Aryeo dashboard. We accept it and proceed to gather the content needed at your North Georgia listing at the specified date and time.

Complete your Showcase listing
Once all the content is uploaded and the invoice for our North Georgia real estate photography services has been paid, you will be notified to complete your Showcase listing through your ShowingTime+ portal.

Content goes live
It can take up to 24 hours for the Showcase listing content to become active.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this process. Although it seems a little complicated, it's actually pretty easy now with our closer ties to Zillow.
Remember, you can always book our North Georgia Real Estate Photography services directly with a phone call, email, or text for your Showcase listings. We'll proceed as we normally do, and when your Showcase content is ready it will end up in the exact same place regardless of how you order our services.
